Justine, born in Leicester April 1971, now a mother of 2 girls. Educated in Sudbury, went to Art College in Ipswich, achieving a diploma in Art & design. Justine carved a career in fashion with her own business, designing, manufacturing and retailing within a rural crafts market with guidance from the Princes Youth Trust, presenting her hand painted fabric to HRH Prince Charles in 1991.
In 1991 Justine won the prestigious “Analysis Young Business of the year” in association with the Princes Youth Business Trust, receiving an amazing award, in London.
Following marriage and birth of 2 lovely daughters Justine took a career break and settled back in Suffolk.
Cooking has allways been a strong tradition in the family and when a cafe became the family business, making Jam came second nature, being almost more popular than the scones they go with!
